A system for managing expenditure of corporate expenses for effective postcontrol in accordance with use of a welfare card comprises: an application service server to receive a use detail request from a first user device of a card user who has received corporate welfare points, receive card use details from a card company server in response to the received request, and transmit the card use details to the first user device; and a management service server to store corporate welfare point expenditure rule information, receive one or more use details selected to be submitted to process expenditure among the card use details from the first user device, and inspect whether a use detail violating corporate welfare point expenditure rules among the one or more use details exists. If the system is used, when an employee of a company uses a corporate card or a personal card to pay expenses and report afterwards to process the expenses as welfare points instead of personal expenses, the expenditure of the expenses reported afterwards can be automatically controlled by examining whether use details are in accordance with welfare point expenditure rules of the company.
