BIM EXCEL EXPORT METHOD FOR BIM DESIGN FILES

The present invention relates to a method of converting an architectural building information modeling (BIM) design file into an excel file, capable of outputting various contents of a family, a project, etc. designed through a Revit program in an architectural BIM design, as an excel file format. The method of converting an architectural BIM design file into an excel file according to the present invention, which converts a drawing file designed through a Revit program into an excel file through an excel file conversion program for BIM, includes the steps of extracting attribute information of family information for the drawing file designed through the Revit program; and classifying the extracted family attribute information according to materials, and then converting the extracted family attribute information into an excel file by sequentially exporting the extracted family attribute information through an excel tool. Data of the design file can be easily corrected, and data sharing is possible between excel files so that collaboration work can be performed.
