The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of injecting an organic-inorganic hybrid chemical, which can secure a sufficient pot life and can adjust a gelation time continuously and variably in the grouting construction process. The present invention provides a method of injecting an organic-inorganic hybrid chemical for grouting construction, comprising: a step I) of obtaining an organic-inorganic hybrid chemical comprising a) an aqueous solution containing a crosslinking agent, and metal salts, acrylamide derivatives or mixtures thereof of one or more carboxyl group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomers selected from the group consisting of a sodium salt, a potassium salt, a lithium salt, a magnesium salt and a calcium salt of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, 3,3-dimethyl acrylic acid, crotonic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid or mesaconic acid, b) an aqueous colloidal nano-silica solution with a concentration of 5 to 50 wt% of which silica particles have an average particle diameter of 10 to 150 nm, c) an aqueous reduction catalyst solution, and d) an aqueous oxidation catalyst solution; and a step II) of separately transferring each of the components a) to d) to a pump, and simultaneously mixing the components a) to d) to obtain a mixture, and injecting the mixture of the components a) to d) into the pump from an inlet end thereof to obtain a hydrogel.
