The present invention relates to an inventory management apparatus for a medical center and an automatic ordering method thereof, capable of automatically ordering goods that have insufficient inventory by grasping the inventory state of the medical center. The inventory management apparatus includes an input and output management terminal which requests the inventory state by calculating the kind and quantity of inspection reagents required based on inspection expectation information including an inspection item and the number of inspections expected in a specific period and a management server for checking the inventory state based on the kind and quantity of the inspection reagents according to the inventory state request of the input and output management terminal and generating order information according to a check result to send an order to a supplier through a wholesaler.
