The present invention relates to a method for screening a substance which inhibits binding between Orai1 and MG53. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to screen out the substance inhibiting the binding between Orai1 and MG53, and the screened candidate substance suppresses activities of store-operated calcium influx by Orai1, thereby enabling establishment of a screening system to find out therapeutic agents for various muscle disorders including Duchenne muscular dystrophy which is associated with weakening or a decrease in an amount of skeletal muscles due to the excessive store-operated calcium influx. Thus, the method can be widely applied to pharmaceutical industries.
