The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification apparatus and, more specifically, to an exhaust gas purification apparatus applied to an incinerator to efficiently purify exhaust gas, which includes a separate purification tower to increase a retention time of gas by a vortex in a harmful gas purification process, and simultaneously inputs a purification agent at an initial vortex occurring position to purify the harmful gas by being stayed and purified inside a tower-shaped purification apparatus for a long time while effectively mixing the harmful gas and the purification agent by the vortex so as to maximize purification efficiency. To this end, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust gas purification apparatus applied to an incinerator to efficiently purify exhaust gas comprises: an exhaust gas inlet to introduce exhaust gas generated by incineration in the incinerator to a purification tower side; an air flow control unit to generate a vortex in the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas inlet; a purification agent input unit installed at the direct upper side of the air flow control unit to input the purification agent in order to be distributed with the vortex generated by the air flow control unit; and an exhaust unit to discharge the exhaust gas purified as the exhaust gas is delayed and mixed with the purification agent inputted from the purification agent input unit in a vortex type.
