The present invention relates to a tax delinquent vehicle tracking management system using a plurality of cameras that capture a moving vehicle passing through a predetermined area to obtain a real-time image thereof and a tax delinquent vehicle DB which pre-stores tax delinquent information including a vehicle number and tax delinquent amount information for the tax delinquent vehicle. The tax delinquent vehicle tracking management system comprises: a vehicle license plate recognition unit for recognizing a license plate of a moving vehicle at predetermined time intervals based on a predetermined frame of the image obtained from the camera; a UI generation unit for generating a UI for matching and displaying a predetermined icon for each position corresponding to positional information of each of the plurality of cameras on a virtual map; and a display unit for, when any one of the plurality of icons displayed on the map screen is selected, displaying a message providing information on the tax delinquent vehicle photographed for a predetermined time in an area corresponding to the selected icon on the selected icon, wherein the message is overlaid on the selected icon. Accordingly, when any one of a plurality of icons that match each of the plurality of zones partitioning the map is selected, tax delinquent information such as the number of tax delinquent vehicles passing through the corresponding divided area, cumulative arrears and a stoppage time are selectively displayed.
