The present invention is to provide health food having antioxidant ability as the main ingredient of undiluted noni juice extract and chaga mushroom extract powder. The present invention relates to a method for producing a health-promoting beverage having antioxidant ability by preparing chaga mushroom extract powder by using low temperature aging fermentation method and mixing a crude mushroom extract powder and a health-beneficial undiluted noni juice extract.
