MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STEEL PIPE GIRDER FOR BRIDGE AND THE GIRDERS PRODUCED BY THE METHOD

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a prefabricated steel pipe girder for a bridge, and a steel pipe manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (a) preparing a circular steel pipe; (b) forming an installation hole by cutting a lower reinforcing surface located in the support portion of abutment or piers of the circular steel pipe; (c) manufacturing a support reinforcing body by applying mortal to the lower reinforcing surface, which is cut and separated; (d) inserting the support reinforcing body into the installation hole of the circular steel pie so as to enable the applied mortar to be located in the steel pipe and then integrating the lower reinforcing surface of the support reinforcing body with the circular steel pipe by a welding process.
