The present invention relates to a steel pipe for a non-excavation construction method and a structure construction method using support performance improvement thereof and, more specifically, to a steel pipe for non-excavation construction method, wherein a plurality of spacers are installed inside the steel pipe, eccentrically installing a tension wire to the spacer, and pulling the tension wire from both sides to allow the spacer to apply upward force to the steel pipe so as to maximize the strength of the steel pipe, such that the strength of an underground structure is increased through only the steel pipe without any additional construction, and a structure construction method using support performance improvement thereof. According to the present invention, the steel pipe for a non-excavation construction method comprises: a cylindrical hollow body having both penetrated sides; the spacers inserted and installed into the cylindrical body in a longitudinal direction; and the tension wire penetrating the spacer from one side of the cylindrical body to the other side to be exposed to both sides of the cylindrical body. The spacer is formed in a circular shape with a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the cylindrical body, the tension wire is gradually and upwardly penetrated with eccentricity towards both the sides of the cylindrical body with respect to a central spacer of the cylindrical body, and the spacers are interconnected through the connection member. The connection member comprises: a straight bar maintaining both the neighboring spacers at a predetermined interval and connecting top and bottom parts of bot the neighboring spacers in a straight line; and a crossbar connecting a side part of both the neighboring spacers in a straight line, and formed in a shape intersected with each other. The straight bar includes an individual body hinge-coupling both end parts to a facing surface of both the neighboring spacers and the straight bar of the individual body is installed between the spacers.
