The eco-friendly smart lighting system includes a biometric and environment information acquisition unit for acquiring biometric information and environment information of a user; an intelligent lighting management middleware for calculating emotional index corresponding to the user′s biorhythm based on the collected biometric information and environment information to output lighting control data; a master lighting controller that controls the brightness and color of an LED lighting based on the lighting control data; and a slave lighting controller that adjusts the color and brightness of lighting according to the lighting control data. The master lighting controller or the slave lighting controller combines two color temperatures so that the power consumption is kept constant when implementing the lighting color temperature, thereby implementing the color temperature where the sum of the warm cool values is 100%.
