The present invention relates to a waterproof joint material applied to a joint between a coating waterproof layer and a sheet waterproof layer, so as to more effectively construct a joint between a coating waterproof layer and a sheet waterproof layer, wherein a coating waterproof connection unit is laid to be embedded between coating waterproof layers, and a first sheet waterproof connection unit formed to extend in an end portion of the coating waterproof connection unit is attached to a bottom surface of the sheet waterproof layer. A second sheet waterproof connection unit formed to extend in parallel with the first sheet waterproof connection unit in an end portion of the coating waterproof connection unit is attached to an upper surface of the sheet waterproof layer. Therefore, the coating waterproof connection unit and the coating waterproof layers are completely integrated with each other, and the sheet waterproof layer, the first sheet waterproof connection unit, and the second sheet waterproof connection unit are completely integrated with each other to effectively prevent separation and a leakage of the joint.
