The present invention provides a sprout cultivation device. According to the present invention, the sprout cultivation device includes: a support unit including an oxygen generating device supplying air; an air bubble generating tray installed on the upper surface of the support unit and including an air bubble dispersion unit inside, wherein the air bubble generating tray generates air bubbles by dispersing oxygen supplied from the oxygen generating device; a cultivation container connected to the upper surface of the air bubble generating tray and connected to the inside of the air bubble generating tray, wherein the cultivation container is filled with water; and a sprout cultivation port inserted into the cultivation container and containing seeds inside, wherein the water passes through the sprout cultivation port. According to this embodiment of the present invention, the sprout cultivation device continuously supplies the oxygen so that the sprout rapidly germinates and grows well in the water. Bubbles generated when the oxygen is supplied and foul odor of the sprout are removed, and the freshly cultivated sprout is provided. Also, there is no need to continuously water or otherwise manage the sprout, and therefore, the sprout cultivation device enables a user to easily cultivate the sprout at home. Also, the sprout cultivation device enables the user to cultivate the sprout in all places, and the sprout cultivation device can be popularized for sales promotion, food, education, viewing, and interior design.
