The present invention relates to a pollution abatement device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a floating-type aquatic ecosystem pollution abatement device using a porous adsorbent, comprising: a buoyant body floating on the water; a filtration tank which is a cage immersed in the water surface installed at one portion of the buoyant body and accommodating an adsorption filter for adsorbing and removing water contaminated by floating matters, oil, and algae such as red tides and green tides, and dissolved heavy metal; a fluid pump installed on one portion of the buoyant body for forcibly discharging filtered water filtered by the filtration tank; and a power part supplying operating power for the fluid pump. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce costs for production and maintenance while excellently improving water quality regarding adsorption removal of metallic salts, adsorption removal of algae, and ion concentration control.
