The present invention relates to a buoyant member for a floating solar power generation system which is installed on a river, a reservoir, a dam or the sea, and the floating solar power generating system having the same. The buoyant member is a hexahedron consisting of a horizontal bottom portion at a lower end, a slope portion at an upper end which is inclined at a desired angle to the bottom portion, left and right side portions vertically extending from the bottom portion and the slope portion, and front and rear vertical surface portions vertically extending from front and rear ends of the bottom and slope portions, in which the front surface portion is relatively lower than the rear vertical surface portion. The left and right side portions have a horizontal insertion hole, and the front and rear vertical surface portions have a vertical insertion hole. The slope portions is provided with a vertical guide portion protruding at a constant height in the longitudinal direction of the slope portion, and a horizontal guide portion extending from one end of the vertical surface portion in a transversal direction. Since the buoyant member is specialized for the floating solar power generation system, the system can be easily installed.
