The present invention relates to an elastic bracket for interconnecting units of a floating solar power generation system, and a floating solar power generation system comprising same. A floating solar power generation system installed over a large area of water proactively handles relative vertical displacement, horizontal displacement, and rotational displacement between units of the system while interconnecting the units, and reduces, absorbs, and blocks the transmission of shocks between the units, thereby reducing the accumulation of fatigue load and allowing the units to be used for long periods of time without frequent replacement or maintenance.
