The present invention relates to a method for culturing spirulina on an open field capable of natural light cultivation wherein, in particular, cultivation on an open field with natural light is possible without needing additional light facilities or additional facility investment. According to the method for culturing spirulina on an open field capable of natural light cultivation, a culture medium in which 100 parts by weight of fresh water, 0.9-1.1 parts by weight of NaHCO_3, 0.02-0.04 parts by weight of K_2HPO_4, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of NaCl, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of KNO_3, 0.04-0.06 parts by weight of glucose, 0.2-0.3 parts by weight of FeSO_4, 0.6-0.8 parts by weight of 2NA-EDTA, and 0.004-0.006 parts by weight of MgSO_4 are mixed is inoculated with algae of spirulina genus to culture algae of spirulina genus.
