In the present invention, disclosed are a smart evacuation guide system using augmented reality and a situation recognition algorithm and a method thereof. The smart evacuation guide system comprises: an NFC-based evacuation guide tag which guides installation of a smart evacuation guide application; a LoRa-based evacuation guide sensor which guides installation of the smart evacuation guide application; a disaster evacuee terminal which installs the smart evacuation guide application by contactless communications with an NFC-based evacuation guide tag or the LoRa-based evacuation guide sensor, performs auto-run of the smart evacuation guide application, transmits current location information in real time through the LoRa network by the smart evacuation guide application, outputs an evacuation guide path on a display based on augmented reality, and outputs voice through a speaker; a disaster manager terminal which receives disaster situation information from a disaster manager and transmits the disaster situation information in real time through the LoRa network; a situation recognition server which receives the current location information in real time from the disaster evacuee terminal, receives the disaster situation information in real time from the disaster manager terminal, and performs recognition of a disaster situation in real time based on the disaster situation information and current location information; and an evacuation guide server which generates an optimal evacuation guide path for each disaster evacuee with respect to the current location information as reference based on the recognition of the disaster situation performed in real time by the situation recognition server and transmits the evacuation guide path in real time to the relevant disaster evacuee.
