The present invention relates to a system for improving the cognitive abilities of persons with mild cognitive impairment and a method using the same. According to the present invention, the user can distinguish strong factors and weak factors among the brain enhancement factors through learning through specific contents. The cognitive ability can be improved by selecting and learning contents with a high weighting factor.
