According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a micro disk. The micro disk has a high-quality whispering gallery mode, wherein the whispering gallery mode oscillates with orientation. The micro disk comprises: a first coating layer formed by coating a dielectric material on the side surface of the micro disk; and a second coating layer formed on the first coating layer and including at least one monomolecular film or polymeric film.
