The present invention relates to a method of generating a load spectrum based on actual operational flight data. The method of generating a load spectrum based on actual operational flight data comprises the following steps: loading first data including flight data obtained from a plurality of aircraft equipped with a strain gage; extracting valid data from the first data; randomly extracting valid data to determine reference data for a reference time; loading second data including the flight data obtained from the plurality of aircraft; determining whether the reference data matches the second data; updating the reference data when the reference data does not match the second data; extracting a cumulative occurrence frequency of an input variable for each mission from the reference data when the reference data matches the second data; applying the cumulative occurrence frequency of an input variable for each mission to a stress equation of the aircraft; and generating an operational load spectrum from the stress equation. According to the present invention of the method of generating a load spectrum based on actual operational flight data, the method is capable of generating the load spectrum by applying a load generated according to the operability of the actual aircraft, such that it is possible to precisely predict a service life of the aircraft and to enhance accuracy with respect to a maintenance cycle of the aircraft.
