The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, which contains: complexes of ceramides, panthenol, cholesterol, phytosphingosine and phospholipids; cottonseed and flaxseed oil; and a mixed extract of Angelica keiskei and Corchorus olitorius laves, wherein active ingredients are excellent in the expression of TGase-1, the cell regeneration rate, and the expression of HAS-3, thereby being usefully used for strengthening skin barrier, regenerating skin and reducing wrinkles.
