The present invention provides a convergence and integration ultrasonic tap water meter using a temperature compensation algorithm, which includes: a flow rate measurement pipe connected to a water pipe, installed at an upper portion thereof with first and second ultrasonic sensors for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves, and installed therein with a temperature sensor for measuring the internal temperature of the pipe; a housing connected upward at the upper portion of the flow rate measurement pipe, having an internal space, provided at an upper surface thereof with a display for displaying information, and connected to an antenna; and a controller accommodated in the inner space of the housing, and configured to perform a compensation with respect to a transmission time of the ultrasonic waves transmitted from the first and second ultrasonic sensors by applying a temperature compensation algorithm in which the temperature compensation is performed by applying a predetermined change rate of the transmission time, which is transmitted from the temperature sensor and based on the internal temperature of the pipe, to the transmission time of the ultrasonic waves, calculate the time difference of the transmission time of the ultrasonic waves performed in compensation, and calculate a fluid flow rate based on the calculated time difference of the transmission time. According to the present invention, the compensation is performed with respect to the circuit temperature inside the flow rate measurement pipe and the controller, so that the accuracy of flow rate measurement is increased, errors according to temperature changes due to the season and surrounding environments are solved, the difference between products is minimized, quality is improved, the reliability of the metering and measurement information is improved, accurate usage information is provided to consumers, and the technological competitiveness and the water flow rate are improved in a national level.
