Pressure sensitive adhesives produced from naturally occurring fats and oils are disclosed herein. Also disclosed is a method of producing a pressure sensitive adhesive. Generally, one or more naturally occurring fats or oils are epoxidized and then reacted with a particular alcohol or amine to yield the mentioned pressure sensitive adhesives.
