According to the present invention, the method for managing a real estate property for sale by using an integrated real estate information system includes: a brokerage agency sales article registration step of registering new properties for sale related to a real estate brokerage agency in a brokerage agency sales listing database of the real estate brokerage agency; an advertisement sales article registration step of comparing the properties for sale registered to the brokerage agency sales listing database with properties for sale registered for advertisements in an advertisement sales listing database to determine the properties for sale as new, duplicate, and false listings for sale while registering new properties for sale to the advertisement sales listing database; an advertisement sales article updating step of updating the properties for sale registered for advertisements in the advertisement sales listing database; and a brokerage agency sales listing updating step of updating the properties for sale registered in the brokerage agency sales listing database of the real estate brokerage agency identical to the properties for sale registered for advertisements in the advertisement sales listing database.
