METHOD FOR EVALUATING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPARIMENT LIABILITY OF TOXIC CHEMICALS AND SYSTEM FOR PLANNING ENVIRONMENT ACCOUNTABILITY INSURANCE USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a method for evaluating an environmental pollution indemnity risk of toxic chemicals and a system for calculating environment liability insurance using the same which efficiently manage environment liability insurance target businesses. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for calculating environment liability insurance using a method for evaluating an environmental pollution indemnity risk of toxic chemicals comprises: an environmental pollution indemnity risk calculation unit to calculate an environmental pollution indemnity risk of a company wanting to buy environment liability insurance based on the following equation 1 employing a material risk and a material action to be applied to a nearby indemnity source based on types and quantities of toxic chemicals used for a preset period by the company; and an environment liability insurance design unit to design environment liability insurance of the company based on the environmental pollution indemnity risk. [Equation 1] environmental pollution indemnity risk (Y) = correction body health influence factor (HIF) * latent risk factor (LaRF) * property influence factor (PIF) * liability risk factor (LiRF). The correction body health influence factor (HIF) is a factor calculated by body health influence factor (HIF) * NFPA health hazard risk (NFPA HHR). The property influence factor (PIF) is a corrosion influence factor (CIF). The liability risk factor (LiRF) is vapor density (VDR) * correction emergency plan establishing factor (ERPG*) * physical phase influence factor (PIF). The correction emergency plan establishing factor (ERPG*) is 83116 * Exp(-0.007*ERPG)+1.
