The present invention relates to a method for sharing cargo transportation information in real time through a cargo information sharing community based on a cloud hub with state change adaptability and safe driving requirements. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for sharing cargo transportation information in real time through a cargo information sharing community which can secure fair car dispatching and safety while increasing adaptability on a state change changed in real time as well as improving car dispatching efficiency of a cargo delivery car using a location-based service. To this end, the cargo information sharing community based on a cloud hub is utilized to mutually share real-time cargo information or the like in the community with a member forming a cargo delivery system such as a consignor, a broker, a deliverer, a cargo car driver, and so on.
