The present invention relates to a method for producing a warm asphalt mixture capable of reducing production temperature by using a reactive chemical additive. In particular, the method comprises the steps of: heating straight asphalt and weighing the same in a beaker (S1); stirring the beaker containing the weighed asphalt (S2); adding to the stirred straight asphalt, one or more reactive chemical additives selected from allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) and octyl and decyl glycidyl ether (ODGE), to produce a straight asphalt mixture (S3); and stirring the straight asphalt mixture and cooling the same at room temperature (S4).
