PURPOSE: An asphalt using warm-mix asphalt additive which includes cellulose fiber and a manufacturing method of warm-mix asphalt mixture using thereof are provided to effectively control drain down phenomenon of the asphalt and solve complexity of manufacturing process, thereby lowering manufacture and construction temperature of the asphalt mixture. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt using warm-mix asphalt additive which includes cellulose fiber comprises 3-15 weight% of warm-mix asphalt additive which includes cellulose fiber and 85-97 weight% of asphalt. The warm-mix asphalt additive which includes cellulose fiber comprises polyethylene wax which has melting point of 95-125deg.C for 100weight% of the polyethylene wax, 10-100 parts by weight of viscosity improver, 200-600 parts by weight of 0.01-8 mm cellulosic fiber which has weight average length of 1.5-3 mm/g and 80micron or less in diameter.
