The present invention relates to a method, apparatus and computer program for providing child education content. The method where a server supplies child education content to a user terminal comprises: a step of constructing a content database with child education content in which content property information in accordance with a preset classification standard and character object information used in content are mapped; a step of collecting preference information including at least one among playback time, the number of repeated playbacks, and satisfaction information of the child education content from the user terminal; a step of classifying child education content in which the preference information satisfies a preset standard as preferred content, and classifying child education content which does not satisfy the standard as non-preferred content; a step of extracting first character object information used in the preferred content, and extracting second character object information used in the non-preferred content; and a step of selecting flash content in the child education content classified as the non-preferred content, converting a second character object of the flash content into a first character object, and then transmitting the flash content to the user terminal as recommended content. According to the present invention, an entire curriculum developed by an expert can be learned at a needed time in a balanced manner, and a fosterer can set the curriculum in a desired direction. According to the present invention, the server can automatically identify properties of content preferred by children, and allow children to learn unknown education content required for development with interest.
