The present invention relates to an inkjet type three-dimensional food printer. More specifically, the printer includes: a three-dimensional food printing body including an inkjet head; an infrared (IR) sensor part detecting a printing surface of a food output medium; a tray operating part elevating a tray; an inkjet head operating part operating the inkjet head; and an operation control part controlling the entire operation of the infrared sensor part, the tray operating part, and the inkjet head operating part. According to the inkjet type three-dimensional food printer capable of precise printing based on an IR sensor housing, the present invention is capable of enabling food to be printed precisely on an accurate injection position of a food output medium.
