The present invention relates to a system and a method for converting carbon dioxide using liquid-liquid interface and an electron donor-acceptor catalyst, and specifically, to a system for converting carbon dioxide using liquid-liquid interface and an electron donor-acceptor catalyst, which comprises: an electrolyte solution, which forms the liquid-liquid interface composed of an aqueous-organic system including a solution of a water-soluble electrolyte and a solution of an organic electrolyte; an electron acceptor catalyst contained in the aqueous electrolyte solution; and an electron donor catalyst contained in the organic electrolyte solution, wherein the carbon dioxide injected into the organic electrolyte solution is reduced to the electron donor and acceptor catalyst.
