According to the present invention, a method for providing a downsized house corresponding to needs comprises: a step, by a modeling server, of performing a process for obtaining first information comprising at least one of a residence area and a plan for each detail space from a user, a process for obtaining second information comprising at least one of information of members to reside and a life style pattern from the user, and a process for obtaining third information comprising information corresponding to a selected household from the user while metadata of a plurality of houses distinguished based on information related to a residence area, information related to member constitution, and information of arranged furniture is stored in a predetermined database; a step, by the modeling server, of selecting certain house metadata, corresponding to the first, second, and third information, among the metadata of a plurality of houses; and a step, by the modeling server, of providing a certain house model, reduced at a predetermined ratio from an actual size corresponding to the certain house metadata, to a user.
