The present invention provides a recombinant vaccinia virus which is effective in preventing the infection caused by a new influenza virus infection and has high safety, and a vaccine for a new influenza virus including the same. The recombinant Vaccinia virus according to the present invention can express the hemagglutinin protein gene of the new influenza virus. The novel influenza virus vaccine according to the present invention comprises the recombinant vaccinia virus.
