The present invention relates to a Monopterus albus protection and growth apparatus. More specifically, in the present invention, the domestic Monopterus albus is safely protected and cultured in each independent space to enhance the growth rate. The apparatus comprises: a protective passage in the form of a tube having a thread on a lower outer surface thereof and having a circular passage therein; a body having a spherical shape having an internal space and formed with a plurality of holes on an outer surface thereof, and integrally formed with a connecting portion protruding outward from a center of an upper surface and having a thread formed on an inner surface thereof. After the thread of the protective passage is fastened to the thread of the body, the body is inserted into the water and a part of the entrance of the protective passage is inclined out of the water.
