The invention relates to an earthing device controling a switch device. The switch device comprises at least two devices. Each device is formed by a tool cutting off currents and a tool separating serially-connected circuits (2,4), as well as a breaking device mechanism controling the device. The earthing control device is characterized in that a first control mechanism (M1)of a first breaker of the device is formed by an operation component; a second control mechanism (M2) of a second breaker of the second device is controlled by a link mechanism (L), so the operation component can be driven to a first part operated by a maximum rotation position of a shaft (8,9); control shafts of the two breakers are rotationally connected with each other;when the second breaker (4) reaches a certain distance from a related line contact head, a certain separation distance can be guaranteed; and the two mechanisms (M1,M2) are decoupled, so the two shafts cna independently rotate in an opening direction of the breakers.
