FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to the production of brucellar erythrocyte diagnosticum for indirect hemagglutination test (IHT). Method includes manufacture of sheep formalized erythrocytes followed by sensibilization with brucellosis antigenorne. Sensitization of formalized erythrocytes is carried out with suspension of brucella of B. abortus 19 strain, obtained in concentration of 70–80 billion microbial cells in 1 ml of hypertonic 12 % sodium chloride solution. 4–4.5 % surfactant “Progress” and 0.25 % sodium dodecyl sulfate are added, mixture is heated to 45–50 °C and incubate in water bath for 45 minutes. After that, it is used to sensitize formalinized red blood cells at the rate of 2.0–2.5 ml per 1 ml of a 10 % suspension of red blood cells. Use of this method makes it possible to obtain specific diagnosticum having IHGT activity with a standard serum sample of 1:1600, when “Progress” surfactant detergents are jointly used and 0.25 % of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 2.0–2.5 ml per 1 ml of a 10 % suspension of erythrocytes.EFFECT: use of this method allows to get a specific diagnostic.1 cl, 1 ex, 4 tbl
