FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the production of biologically active food supplement (BAS). BAS includes extract from high-pressure processed 300–500 MPa crushed hay of alfalfa sowing and chopped rosa majalis, as well as powdered vitamin mixture with the content of biologically active substances in mg per 4 g of powder: vitamin A – 0.91, vitamin D3 – 0.009, vitamin C – 100, vitamin PP – 17.0, vitamin E – 12.7, calcium pantothenate B5 – 5.0, vitamin B6 – 2.0, vitamin B2 – 1.9, vitamin B1 – 1.7, folic acid – 0.6, vitamin K1 – 0.08, biotin – 0.027, vitamin B12 – 0,003, beta-carotene – 1, at the rate of 4 g of powder per 10 ml of extract, with the following ratio of the components of the solution to obtain the extract, mass%: processed by pressure 300–500 MPa crushed hay of alfalfa sowing – 25–29, processed with a pressure of 300–500 MPa crushed fruit of the rosa majalis – 50–55, distilled water – up to 100. Method of production biologically active food supplements (BAS) includes processing of crushed alfalfa hay sowing and chopped fruit of rosa majalis pressure of 300–500 MPa for 3–5 minutes, Preparation of a solution from distilled water and treated crushed raw materials, extraction of the solution at a temperature of 80–90 °C for 50–60 minutes, separation, introducing a polyvitamin mixture into the obtained extract of the powder, thorough mixing for 30 minutes and packing.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product with increased antioxidant activity.2 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
