Finished mixture is fritted with 2-hour exposure at a temperature of 950–970 °C, the resulting melt is granulated into water, the granules are ground in water to a fraction of 0.08 mm, then the glaze is applied on raw brick and calcined at a temperature of 950–970 °C. Glaze is applied to raw brick by spraying with compressed air at a pressure of at least 5 atm or applying it to a brick with a layer, after mixing the glaze with white glue in a 4:1 ratio.EFFECT: technical result – reduced firing temperature of the glaze to the lower limits of the firing temperature of the brick and reduced duration of the molding.1 cl, 3 ex
