SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. When the affective disorders are detected against the background of asthenia and revealed autonomic disorders, a chronic pelvic pain syndrome is diagnosed. Moreover, in the presence of such vegetative disorders as tachycardia, tachypnea, moderate arterial hypertension, diagnose the sympathetic direction of the syndrome of chronic pelvic pain.
