Conduct a woman's examination to identify affective disorders in the form of anxiety on the Hamilton Hospital Scale and asthenic manifestations according to the Modified Asthenia Scale. To determine violations of the autonomic nervous system, heart rate recording is performed, systolic and diastolic arterial pressure at rest and in orthostasis, Ashner's tests, Valsalva, calculation of the Kerdo index. When the affective disorders are detected against the background of asthenia and revealed autonomic disorders, a chronic pelvic pain syndrome is diagnosed. Moreover, in the presence of such vegetative disorders as tachycardia, tachypnea, moderate arterial hypertension, diagnose the sympathetic direction of the syndrome of chronic pelvic pain.
