The device allows for improved balancing. This technical result is achieved by the fact that the device comprises a disk mounted on the shaft and made in the form of a washer. A groove is formed in the outer cylindrical surface of the washer. An elastic ring is located in the groove. The rim is made of a wound tape with fastened turns and installed outside the elastic ring. The outer surface of the elastic ring is flush with the outer cylindrical surface of the washer.
