The utility model refers to facilities for measuring the quantity (volume, mass) and quality parameters of oil and petroleum products in oil producing, processing and transporting enterprises. A mobile installation for measuring the quantity and quality indicators of oil and petroleum products contains an input collector located inside the metal frame with a sampling device installed on it and at least one filter, an outlet manifold, and a stop valve. At least one working measuring line and at least one monitoring and backup measuring line are installed between the input manifold and the output manifold, each of which contains a pressure transducer, a temperature converter and a flow meter. Also, the mobile installation comprises a conduit for connecting to a meter for checking the flow meters, an information collection and processing unit, a quality parameter monitoring unit including at least one pump equipped with a frequency-controlled drive, a pressure transducer, at least one automatic sampler and at least one liquid flow meter. The input collector, the output manifold, the operating measuring line, the control and reserve measuring line and the pipeline for connection to the calibration of the flow meters are equipped with a heating cable and thermal insulation.
