A useful model refers to medical technology, in particular to devices for temporary stopping bleeding from a damaged limb. A hemostatic type tourniquet is proposed, comprising a base (1) of a belt, which on the side intended to be applied to the body on at least a part of the surface comprises an elastic material patch (7) permanently attached to said surface. On the basis of (1) there is a carbine (2) and means for fixing the position of the wrenches (4).
