The utility model refers to the upper structure of the railway track, namely to the construction of metal-composite insulating linings for electrically insulated one-piece (glue-bolt) rail butt joints, installed in a bumperless path without equalizing spans of high-speed railways. The technical task, the solution of which is directed to this technical solution, is to increase the strength, stiffness, fatigue properties of the metal-composite overlay. For this purpose, the patch consists of a full-profile steel core, as well as an insulating layer made of composite material located in the place of contact with the rail surface. The electrically insulating layer is provided externally with a sacrificial layer laid in the process of molding, which is removed directly during the assembly of the joint.
