Brick inserts-struts between the trenches are made opposite each other in the form of a solid straight line. Inserts-struts between the trenches are built into the arch during their laying. The arches of the firebox and insert-struts between the trenches are made of refractory bricks of grade Ш №48.;The presence of inserts-struts between the arches of trenches allows to increase the operating time of the furnace and reduce the cost of material and labor resources.;Currently, the company has developed technical documentation, carried out an experimental masonry of the furnace with inserts-struts between the arches of the trenches, which showed positive results.
