The invention relates to the technique of optical and optoelectronic devices intended for widespread use in the national economy as an observational device. The claimed binoculars for day and night observation are characterized by the use of optical elements and electronic units that allow the binoculars to work in day and night conditions under adverse viewing conditions due to the additional introduction of a thermal imaging channel and the introduction of a television camera instead of an electron-optical converter. Moreover, the video signal from its output and from the output of the photodetector of the thermal channel is summed up in the input electronic processing unit, due to which an integrated image is formed that provides observation under adverse viewing conditions.
