The utility model relates to track devices of railway transport, namely, devices for braking cars and their trailers on sorting slides and securing cars and their trailers on the tracks of the sorting station. The car moderator contains a housing (2) made in the form of a glass, inside of which a hollow cylinder (1) is located with the possibility of axial movement and rotation, fastening elements to the rail (4), while in the upper part it has a rigidly installed round cover (6) to which a removable mushroom head (7) is attached, a piston (15) and a rod (14) are located inside the hollow cylinder (1), a sealing sleeve (11) with ring sealing elements (12, 13) through which it is passed with the possibility the piston set (14), and on the upper end of the rod there is a piston set including a piston (15) with overflow channels (17), blocked by lower and upper bypass valves, each of which has leaf springs (18, 20), supporting washers (19, 21) and a fastener (22) fixed on the upper end of the stem (12), the lower end of which is rigidly fixed to the bottom (3) of the housing (2). The hollow cylinder (1) is filled under pressure with liquid (34) and gas (35) media. In the hollow cylinder (1) between the round cover (6) by the piston (13), a dividing wall (25) with pressure and exhaust valves is made. The mushroom head (9) of the hollow cylinder (1) is connected to the round cover (6) by a bolt with a spring washer, while in the mushroom head (9) and in the round cover (6) there are through holes in which the pins (10) are installed. The vent pipe (40) of the venting device is connected to the end fitting (37) in the lower part of the bottom (3) of the housing (2).
