The task is achieved in that the upper women's shoes, consisting of berets (1), vamps (2), detachable backs (3), rear outer belt (4), soft edging (5), tongue (6), using lacing provides reliable fixation of the foot inside the shoe and keeping the heel-gel section in an equine position, determined by the height of the braid in accordance with medical purposes; with the help of additional lacing through two pairs of metal half rings loosely mounted on curly braces (8), met between berets and backs on the inner and outer sides of the boot, the retention of the foot raised to the braid is enhanced in an equine position and the biomechanical walking parameters are optimized; the use of materials with different textures and colors creates an illusory perception in the visual assessment of the distances between the edges of the parts, which allows you to hide a cosmetic defect in this pathology.
