FIELD: pharmacology.;SUBSTANCE: invention deals with finding 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-N-{1-[5-(4-methyl-3-chloroaniline)-1,2,4-thiadiazole-3-yl]propan-2-yl}piperidin-4-amine dihydrochloride in diverse biological matrices, more specifically in blood plasma in patients within the conditions of different negative impacts including the medicinal agents' side effect. The method is composed of the definable matter extraction from the alkaline medium by virtue of the acetonitrile with the matter subsequent finding by the high-performance liquid chromatography method with the use of 0.5% solute in the function of the mixture eluent flow. The solute comprises the monosubstituted dipotassium phosphate: methanol: triethylamine in ratio 74:25:1 with the methanol under the concentration gradient of the last mentioned from 10 to 70%, whereupon the pH of the mixture is 3.3.;EFFECT: accuracy increase.;4 cl, 4 dwg, 3 tbl
